Pre-Construction & Value Engineering Services
Our job does not start with the Construction Phase of the Project. We often work with Clients during the Property Scouting phase or working with Landlords to plan a Tenant Fit Out, and during the Design Process working with the Architect on the Owner's behalf to ensure that the focus of the project is properly maintained. During the Pre-Construction phase based on both our unique experience and historical cost data, our we provide value engineering and recommendations on the feasibility of construction methods, availability of materials and labor, time requirements for procurement and installation of materials, and equipment, and other factors related to the overall project costs. We work closely with the design team and our clients to explore alternatives, engineered systems or materials in order to attain the goal of providing the best cost option while maintaining the value and quality that the Client originally intended.
